Homegroups

Members come together for Bible study, prayer and fellowship.
We have several groups that meet either weekly or fortnightly. Speak with a member of our Leadership Team for more information on which homegroup would be the best fit for you.

Prayer meetings

We come together to pray, encourage one another, glorify God, and bring the needs of the church and our community before Him.

Our church prayer meeting takes place on the second and fourth Sunday of each month at 6:30 pm and is hosted in various homes.

The women’s prayer group meets every Wednesday at 11:00 am, also in various homes.

Bikers Church

Bikers Church exists primarily, though not exclusively, for bikers, their families, and their communities. By placing bikers at the heart of what we do, we seek to present Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour to those who, like us, find great enjoyment in riding and value the fellowship of other motorcyclists.

When: Third Sunday of each month at 6:30 pm

Where: St. John’s Church & Welcome Centre, 30 Greasley Road, Abbey Hulton, Stoke-on-Trent, ST2 8JE.

KEYS Community Detox combines three keys to help you find freedom.
1. Medical
Teams are trained and equipped to support clients before, during and after detox using medical protocols which generally involve the clients own GP. It is the GP (or drug clinic staff) who will organise tests and prescribe the necessary medication.
2. Spiritual
KEYS Community Detox is primarily aimed at helping those who are already on, or who are open to a spiritual route to recovery. Clients are supported through a Christian recovery programme that uses the 12-steps adapted from Alcoholics Anonymous to address issues that are very often at the root of addiction.
3. Community
Community Support is the vital third ‘KEY’ to the programme. Having the support of a loving community is a massive boost to anyone seriously wanting to make the lifestyle changes necessary for long-term freedom from drugs and alcohol.
