About Hope Church

Hope is a Church plant from Park Church, Shelton. Our mission is to grow together in Jesus, under the preaching and teaching of the Word of God, the Bible, by the power of God.

Simon Mawdsley was a Pastor at Park for 23 years and now leads Hope with his team. We are passionate about making the wonderful news of sins forgiven, new life, and hope in Jesus known in Springfields, Trent Vale and beyond. We provide a safe and welcoming space for people to come to know Jesus and grow in the new life that Jesus gives to all who call on Him for forgiveness through His death on the Cross.
Our congregation comes from a wide variety of backgrounds and nationalities, and we warmly welcome new people to join us. Our message is simple: come as you are, and we will welcome you with open arms and introduce you to the God who loves you too much to leave you as you are.
